very useful in the first steps of leadership development

I think this course needs revision. The video in Module 1 and Module 2 are the same. More than one video discussed topics that are different than what the title suggests. Many of the quiz questions don't feel like they pertain to the topics discussed and required me to answer based on context and my own intuition. I find it hard to learn from videos that are strictly 4-5 minutes of talking. Videos that are broken down into sections and on-screen graphics that use bullet points to drive home the important points would be much better.
