The voiceover in the videos is extremely difficult to follow. It sounds unnatural and speaks far too quickly, ignoring conceptual breaks and proper punctuation. I have completed Google courses in the past without any issues, but the audio quality here forced me to skip the videos entirely and rely solely on reading the transcripts and descriptions to study. The videos are practically unusable in their current state.

Due to technical glitch. I wanted to learn IBM AI product management. It keep starting normal Product Management. I already learned that in my college. why I waste my time again?

The tagline on the website said, "Professional Certificate" it is actually just a useless course which is equivalent to a 10 minute Youtube Video. Wish I could get a refund.

I am a Product manager, and I joined this course to learn AI product management, not the basics of PM. I wish I had option to jump AI module without completing basics of PM

Redundant points were made by the professionals. The exams asked multiple of the same questions with easy multiple-choice answers.

Terrible course, nothing really to learn. They make you wait until your trial period to get the certificate, so you pay for it.

Very low quality course. Much of it is out of date, shallow information, and also absolutely riddled with grammatical errors.
