¿Qué es un grupo? ¿Cuáles son los procesos que se experimenta cuando se forma parte de un grupo? Con este curso se pretende responder a estas y más preguntas en relación al concepto de grupo social. Los procesos grupales que se van a revisar son los siguientes: concepto de grupo desde la perspectiva psicosocial; el concepto de facilitación social y su relación con el rendimiento grupal; el concepto de liderazgo como rol social. En la última parte del curso, se analizará el proceso de toma de decisiones considerado como uno de los procesos más complejos que experimenta un grupo social.
