Videos are mostly read and not much explained. Explanation should not be another text on the video, rather a rappresentation of the topic.

This course was a huge disappointment. If there was an option to give zero stars I would do that. The content, which consisted of a series of monotonous lectures reading directly from slides, was filled with typos and mispronunciations. The examples provided were confusing and poorly explained, making it difficult to understand the material. What was most frustrating was the lack of engagement. I was genuinely excited to learn about ITIL 4, but this course was so boring it felt like torture. The tests were also problematic, with poorly worded questions and incorrect answers that contradicted information from more reliable sources. I would not recommend this course to anyone.

After completing course 1, I am electing to switch to an alternative learning platform. I found a significant disconnect between the course’s video content and its quizzes. The quizzes frequently tested concepts that were never explained in the videos, creating a frustrating experience where I was unable to answer questions based on the provided material. The course also presented factually incorrect information, such as misclassifying Knowledge Management as a Service Management Practice when it is actually a General Management Practice in the official ITIL V4 framework. This poor alignment and inaccuracy makes the course unreliable for learning the ITIL framework correctly.

mutiple times there are questions asked in the tests that are not covered in the material. I thought I was missing something, so I went to the transcript to see if I could find the answers and the info was not there
