The training was fine and may be useful for colleagues, though it was not particularly in‑depth. People will self‑select based on their skill level, so by all means go for it if you want to develop your interpersonal skills. The content covers your own communication style and that of others, improving listening, choosing persuasive methods depending on someone’s position in a discussion or negotiation, and approaches to handling conflict. It also included many practice scenarios, such as how to persuade colleagues effectively, which you complete by selecting multiple‑choice responses.

muy interesante el curso, me parece uqe debe ser un poco más flexible ya que a estos cursos entran o se registran diferentes tipos de personas de diferentes edades.
