Very good course as an introduction to computing. Could stand to be more challenging, but the material is certainly easy enough for a true beginner.

Very beginner friendly, the AI tools that help students better understand the information allow for a more accessible and digestible course.

There are multiple videos in the final week that are the same as the introductory video. This should be fixed because the final week covers the most advanced topic of the series and it is basically left out.

The presentation of the videos isn't very good. The teacher is just reading from a script making the whole course feel flat and dull. It leaves you with the feeling he doesn't know his subject. I am sure that he does. There is some cool information in this course. But, it is presented badly, and the quizzes are not enjoyable challenges. The quizzes sometimes contain questions that weren't covered in the content. And as always, with this kind of course, the questions are worded to trip you up, not test if you understood the content covered.

Terrible course. This is the most chaotic and unhelpful course I've ever done in over a decade of learning on Coursera. The course's overall structure is chaotic. The quizzes in module 1 have questions that aren't covered in the material and when you fail them, the feedback is to go look for a video that doesn't exist. In module 2, the quizzes finally admit that they're quizzing you on something that wasn't covered in the course material, and call it pre-learning. The quiz's questions and activities' instructions are cryptic, so you waste an insane amount of time trying to figure out what is actually required of you, instead of learning. For a beginner course with no pre-requisite, the AI coach, really shouldn't be able to explain the material in a simpler way, and yet, it does. If you're trying to test your learning resilience and endurance, this course is for you. If you're trying to learn how computers work, this is not the place for you.
