This Specialization is intended for aspiring filmmakers, content creators, and beginners seeking to develop professional storytelling skills across writing, shooting, and editing. Through three courses taught by Piotr Złotorowicz, Kent Hart, and Abner Cross, you will cover screenwriting foundations, camera operation and production techniques, and intuitive editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. Together, these courses will prepare you to develop original scripts, capture compelling footage, and edit meaningful, polished videos ready for audiences or producers.
Applied Learning Project
Learners will complete an end-to-end storytelling project, developing an original script concept, planning and capturing footage using proper camera techniques, and editing a final video using Adobe Premiere Pro. Throughout the Specialization, learners apply key frameworks including the five pillars of storytelling, structured turning points, composition and lighting principles, and rhythm-based editing techniques. By the end, learners will have created a cohesive short video project that demonstrates story development, intentional cinematography, and purposeful editing—mirroring a real-world creative production workflow from idea to final export.
