He also works as an HR consultant and brings over 20 years of leadership experience across industries, from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. He teaches courses on leadership, organizational design, human behavior, management, and agribusiness. Dr. Spencer holds a D.B.A. in Leadership with a focus on Organizational Development from Colorado Technical University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
